WARRANTY INFORMATION
LIMITED WARRANTY
Creative Building Products warrants each new Pro-Pallet® product to be free from proven defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service (i.e.- when loads have not exceeded rated capacity and speed), for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from date of purchase.
For warranty claims to be considered, warranty registration card must have been returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and Creative Building Products must be notified immediately following discovery of defect.
Creative Building Products' only obligation under the warranty is limited to repair or replacing, at its option such component(s) or part(s), which, upon examination, shall disclose to Creative Building Products satisfaction to have been defective. Such component(s) or part(s) shall be returned, transportation charges prepaid, by the Purchaser, to Creative Building Products, at 6409 Highview Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46818, within fifteen (15) days from date of defect claim. All claims must have prior authorization from Creative Building Products and must provide model, serial number, owner, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect and conditions by which the defect occurred.
The provisions of this warranty apply only to the original user (owner) and shall not apply to product(s) which have been subject to resale, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repair modification or alternation to any or all products of which have been altered in any way.
Warranty for components and accessories purchased from their respective manufacturers are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty of said components and are not covered by this warranty. Creative Building Products neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or company to assume for it any liability in connection with products manufactured by Creative Buidling Products.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and Creative Building Products accepts no other warranty except as set forth above and will not be liable for damages to persons or property resulting from the use of Pro-Pallet® products.
